Filtration

We ensure correct compressed air filtration according to the required purity class and the actual conditions of your operation. We will design a suitable solution, check the current status, and take care of filter servicing.

We remove solid particles, condensate, as well as oil aerosols and vapors so that the air is safe for both the technology and the final product. This can also include activated carbon filtration or solutions for applications with high purity requirements.

Drying

Correctically designed compressed air drying is key to achieving the required dew point and stable operation. We will assess the current state, propose a suitable solution, and provide dryer servicing.

Removing moisture prevents condensation in the distribution lines and during the actual use of the air. The result is technology protection, higher reliability, and consistent production quality.

Oil vapor removal

Oil vapors in compressed air can negatively affect both the technology and the quality of the final product. We will assess their occurrence, propose a suitable solution, and take care of system treatment and servicing.

Using activated carbon adsorption, we effectively reduce the content of oil vapors and other hydrocarbons to minimum values. The result is clean air without the risk of oil condensation and operational contamination.

Cooling

Proper cooling of compressed air is important for subsequent treatment and overall system efficiency. We will assess the current state and propose a solution that ensures the optimum temperature for further processing.

In case of insufficient aftercooling, we will supplement or optimize the coolers so that the air is prepared for drying, filtration, and other technologies. The result is stable operation and higher efficiency of the entire system.

Breathing air

Treating compressed air for breathing purposes requires meeting strict quality requirements. We will assess the existing state and propose a solution corresponding to standards and specific use.

We remove particles, moisture, oil, and harmful gases (CO, CO₂, NOx, SO₂) and ensure the required air quality, including correct oxygen content. The result is safe and reliable breathing air for your applications.

Condensate processing

Condensate from compressed air contains oil, dirt, and other pollutants that cannot be safely discharged without treatment. We will assess its composition and propose a suitable purification solution.

We ensure effective separation of oil and impurities so that the condensate can be ecologically discharged in accordance with current legislation. The result is safe operation without risk to the environment.
