Pressure dew point

(relative humidity, absolute humidity, ppm)

Moisture in the piping can cause damage to equipment, compromise production quality and cause other potential problems.

By measuring pressure dew point, relative and absolute humidity, we can determine the condition of the compressed air in the system on a one-time or continuous basis and protect production equipment.

For measurements we use:

  • separate pressure sensors
  • dew point pressure gauges with display
  • portable mobile devices with their own memory
  • alarm output
  • range -100 °C to +50 °C


Measurement of residual oil vapour content should not be missing in all cleanliness-intensive operations such as pharmaceuticals, food production, paint shops, electrical production.

Even the use of modern oil-free compressors and sophisticated filtration will not ensure that no oil enters the system in all cases.

If you need to be sure, if you want to be alerted by an alarm in time and have a record of the oil content at any point in the system, then the most suitable solution is a stable or portable S 120.
